From Interstate 95:

From I-95, take Exit 7, the Yorks.

Turn right at the traffic light onto Route 1 South, and then left at the next traffic light onto Route 1-A North.

Follow 1-A through York Village to Long Sands Beach.

Continue on 1-A North to the corner of Nubble Road at the head of Long Sands Beach.
